– Treat it with love and remove your jewelry before rigorous physical activity or going to bed.
– To minimize scratches and any other damage, store your jewelry and accessories in a cloth bag or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. Keep away from natural sunlight and heat.
– Some of our materials don’t mix well with moisture. Avoid prolonged contact with water, lotion, perfume and any liquids.

We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
Orders picked up at the flagship store, Basket, or Zig-Zag, Marina Mall can be picked up within business hours at no extra cost. Express delivery or pick-up at the Basket or Zig-Zag, Marina Mall may lead to additional costs.
Payment will be received before delivery of the goods. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Pick up: We offer free pick up of orders made on this website at Basket during normal business hours using the standard delivery option.
Dispatch: Orders in Ghana can also be delivered via a dispatch rider. Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery associated with the dispatch option. Pricing depends on the delivery location, more information can be seen during the checkout process.
Standard Delivery: Allow 3 – 6 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.
Rushed Delivery: Processing and delivery in 2 – 3 business days
If you need your order expedited, contact us prior. Please note express delivery and/or next day delivery may come at an additional cost.
Orders of items not in stock may require additional time for processing and delivery. You will be notified by an agent if the item is not in stock.
Emma Bird ships internationally. International orders are a very important part of how we serve our customers around the world. International shipments from Ghana are shipped via DHL. All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to contactus@emmabirdaccessories.com
We undertake to repair or replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within Ten (10) days of purchase however, we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your payment method for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return a faulty, damaged or undamaged product, kindly wait for a response from Emma Bird and keep your proof of purchase such as a receipt and/or packaging slip.

Emma Bird services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
All prices are in Ghana Cedis, if purchasing from Ghana. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed on the website and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.
When you visit the Emma Bird website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of Emma Bird content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.
